We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your consultation request and schedule your consultation;
- Communicate with you about our services, including follow-up to your inquiry;
- Send occasional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use the Site, including through web analytics services. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, though parts of the Site may not function as intended without them.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that support the Site and our business, such as website hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email, and scheduling providers. These vendors process information on our behalf and only as we direct.
- Legal requirements: when disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of redle, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: if redle is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. Any successor will remain bound by this policy or one materially like it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and residents of several other states have similar rights under their own laws.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@redle.net with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or call (720) 615-0710. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by the applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to your inquiry, maintaining our business records, and meeting legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals in the senior living industry. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at sales@redle.net and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for a U.S. audience. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
