These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of redle.net (the "Site"), operated by redle ("redle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about redle's contact center solution for senior living communities. The content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Use of the redle platform and any services we provide is governed by a separate written service agreement between redle and the client. Nothing on the Site, including submitting a consultation request, creates a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation for either party to enter into one.

Figures presented on the Site, such as conversion increases or implementation timelines, reflect results achieved under specific circumstances and are provided as illustrations. Actual results depend on factors specific to each organization, including team, market, and existing processes.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our written permission;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms or impersonate any person or organization; or
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature of the Site.

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, page designs, and the redle name and marks, are owned by redle or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for the purpose of evaluating our services. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written permission.

When you submit information through the Site, such as a consultation request, you represent that the information is accurate and current and that you have the authority to provide it. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our practices around calls and text messages.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless redle and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and redle regarding use of the Site.
